A Day in the Life

Join the Operational Excellence (OPEX) team in Deggendorf and gain hands-on experience in supporting process optimization in spinal implant production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes. This role provides a great opportunity to develop analytical skills, understand production operations, and participate in impactful continuous improvement initiatives in a MedTech environment.

Details:
• Start date: July 2026
• Location: Deggendorf
• Duration of employment: 6 months with possibility of extension
• Working hours: 15 hours per week

• Working model: on-site

Responsibilities include as follows:
• Supporting process analysis and optimization initiatives within the production chain
• Assisting in the collection, evaluation, and visualization of process data
• Helping to identify opportunities for improvement and deriving optimization actions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the site
• Support the documentation and reporting of process improvement activities

Required knowledge and skills:
• Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, IT technology, medical technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking with a structured approach
to work• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Would be an advantage:
• Project management experience

Pay range: 14 -16 Euro per hour (depending on qualifications)
