Over the course of 18 months, you will take a deep dive into a number of major data projects. You will work with diverse data sets from different industries, solve complex challenges and sharpen your proficiency in different tools and programming languages – all in an international setting. Bring your curiosity, expertise and problem-solving skills to our data-driven businesses!

Future Leaders – Creative Management: Your ideas today are the inspiration for tomorrow.
Do you have a master’s degree and are among the best graduates of your field? Do you dream of being a manager in an international and creative business environment? Our 12-month track within the Future Leaders trainee program is specifically designed to prepare humanities and social science graduates for executive roles. Share your creative ideas with different divisions of our company.
