The Opportunity

Our Munich office is expanding, and we are keen to bring a new Associate on board who wishes to make

a move into Executive Search (more widely known as Headhunting). This could be a high performing

graduate, somebody from services or a recruitment background. For this exciting role, we are seeking a

meticulous, astute, and driven individual. Harnessing your skills to identify top-tier talent for high-level

roles, you will utilise advanced technologies and methodologies to source, evaluate, and engage with

exceptional and diverse top-tier talent for high level positions.

Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, analysing industry trends, and leveraging your keen eye for detail

across different geographies and industry sectors also forms part of this key hire. Join us and play a
