The Role

Job Title: Venture Development Working Student / Intern (6 months)

Working at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales, and operations, you will have a front-row seat to building a venture from 0 to 1. Success in this role means you will lay the groundwork for our entire commercial team, positioning you perfectly for future leadership roles.

What you'll do

You will own the execution of our outbound growth strategy and operational setup, proving our commercial model and helping shape the company's early-stage GTM strategy.

• Build and scale our outbound lead generation engine, testing new channels from LinkedIn to cold phone outreach.


• Pick up the phone and execute cold outreach to book qualified demos with German industrial SMEs, validating market demand.


• Work with our existing sales scripts, iterating on messaging and co-developing high-converting playbooks from scratch.


• Build scalable CRM pipelines and automate prospecting workflows to streamline our GTM engine.


• Support the CEO on ad-hoc strategic projects, market research, and core operational tasks to move the venture forward.

Who this is a fit for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (open to full-time, working students, or 6-month interns).


• Fluent in German (native/near-native level) with exceptional communication skills to build trust with German SME stakeholders.


• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


• Analytical and highly organized, excited to build structured GTM processes and learn modern CRM and automation tools.


• Ambitious builder looking for a high-leverage role that can rapidly evolve into key leadership positions as we scale.
