About the Role
We're looking for a process-minded HR Intern to join our People & Culture team in Berlin. Your primary focus will be supporting the improvement of our HR processes, with additional support on day-to-day HR tasks as needed.
What You'll Do
- Review and audit existing employment files across our German entities, identifying gaps and inconsistencies
- Assist with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as they arise, including recruitment coordination, employee records, and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Interest in employment law and HR compliance in a German context
- Fluent English required; good knowledge of German is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Proactive and structured approach to work, comfortable operating independently
