Job DescriptionMap the systems that decide who gets to become self actualised, then price the change. You analyze human-development infrastructure (education, work, care, access) inside our mission pillars, quantify the cost of change, and prepare the research that backs our €2–10M systemic change funder contracts.\ N\n20 h/week, fully remote contract, $65K FTE benchmark.\ NABOUT\ NOur field is system innovation for the higher end of human development: redesigning the wider conditions of society, so that realizing one's potential becomes widely possible instead of a privilege for a few. You own step one of that engine. Inside each infrastructure-mission pillar, you analyze where these systems enable or suppress human potential, drive the analysis to intervention points, and determine what changing the system actually costs. Your output is the contract dossier: analysis, intervention architecture, cost-of-change case, the docuent our €2–10M systemic change contracts are based on.\ NWhat you'll do\ N\n Analyze human-development systems within a mission pillar and mapp where they enable or suppress potential (system maps, root-cause analysis, multi-level perspective, large technical systems)\ N Locate the conversion bottleneck: where opportunity fails to convert into individual growth, and which structural levers, incentives, standards, interfaces, institutions — change that\ N Determine the cost of the system change: build the quantified cost-of-change case based on our internal system change framework, economic impact calucator and other impact frameworks, that anchors €2–10M contract pricing and the funder auction\ N Develop Problem Statements in edtech, mental-health tech, behavioral, coaching, self-development, human-centered AI, social; neuro, biotech, medtech\ N Assemble the contract dossier at negotiation grade and hand over at the conversion point, integrating our two external research boards on a biweekly cadence\ N\nWhat you bring\ N\n Systems-analysis strength: you can examine complex social/institutional/economic/technological systems and explain how structures, incentives, and relationships shape human outcomes.\ N Systems-mapping proficiency: you’re fluent in system dynamics modeling (qualitative or quantitative) and systems-mapping methods (root-cause analysis, causal-loop mapping, multi-level perspective, large technical systems, stakeholder mapping, theory of change).\ N Quantified cost-case development: you can estimate intervention requirements, build transparent assumptions, model scenarios, and connect contract value to intended outcomes.\ N Research synthesis: you integrate academic research, market data, expert input, policy evidence, and lived-experience insights into clear, defensible analysis.\ N From analysis to intervention: you identify bottlenecks, leverage points, structural barriers, and practical mechanisms for change (not just description).\ N Problem framing: you turn broad societal challenges into precise problem statements (population, system boundaries, mechanisms, stakeholders, measurable consequences).\ N Domain + communication + fit: experience across human-development fields, negotiation-grade writing/communication for funders/contracts, strong mission alignment, and availability ~20h/week remote/independent.\ N\n
