About the Team

Our Germany R&D Center is part of our global overseas strategy and focuses on advanced technology and engineering activities. By attracting top global talent and investing in R&D areas where Europe has regional strengths, such as power semiconductors and styling design, we aim to strengthen collaboration with the local automotive ecosystem and drive forward electric vehicle technologies together.

Duties & Responsibilities

As an Operation Intern, you will support the daily operations of the Germany R&D Center while gaining hands-on experience in an international and multicultural environment. You will have the opportunity to:

• Support university partnership initiatives, including campus collaborations, campus events, and candidate engagement activities.

• Assist in organizing cross-cultural and employee engagement programs, such as German cultural workshops and internal community events.

• Coordinate internal events, including team-building activities, leadership workshops, and employee training sessions.

• Provide administrative support for HR projects, including organizational development, learning initiatives, and internal communications.

• Assist with HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and supporting new hire orientation and other HR processes in compliance with local regulations.

• Support document management and administrative filing while following data protection and compliance requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, to support daily administrative operations and special projects.
