Your Tasks

• Analyze and assess prototype and series vehicles in the vehicle park and along the production line (full-vehicle focus).
• Investigate, validate, and track anomalies/issues, with particular focus on wire harnesses and related systems/components.
• Coordinate documentation, follow-up, and corrective actions to ensure sustainable issue resolution.
• Organize and facilitate cross-country alignment meetings with stakeholders from Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
• Coordinate and support required rework activities in the plant in close collaboration with Logistics and Production teams.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English and German, Italian proficiency is a plus.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (e.g., Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical) or comparable technical qualification with relevant experience.
• Experience in vehicle analysis, issue investigation, quality, production, or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Good understanding of E/E vehicle architectures and the wire harness environment.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
