• Prepare high-quality service quotations for Sungrow customers.
• Support long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and service expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Sungrow Sales and Product Management teams.
• Help standardize service offerings and contribute to long-term service sales strategies.
• Support the preparation of monthly service sales reports for Service Sales and Service Operations.
• Build practical knowledge of the solar industry, service solutions and customer-focused sales processes.

Your profile

Sounds exciting? To thrive in this role and enjoy a meaningful learning experience, your background could look like this:

• You are a university student or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You communicate confidently in English and German at a minimum B2 level, as customer communication takes place in both languages.
• Additional language skills, such as Chinese, are a plus.
