French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant

📍 Munich, Germany | Hybrid

💰 Base Salary: €80,000 - €105,000 + Performance Bonus

I’m working with a specialist consultancy that supports private equity-backed businesses through periods of growth, transformation and organisational change. The firm works closely with leadership teams to help businesses operate more effectively and translate strategic priorities into measurable improvements.

They are currently looking for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their Munich team, working across international engagements with clients spanning a variety of sectors.

The Role:

You’ll work as part of small, high-performing project teams, taking ownership of key areas of client engagements and gaining significant exposure to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing organisational structures, processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Managing individual project workstreams and delivering high-quality analysis
• Working directly with senior client stakeholders and management teams
• Turning complex findings into clear, practical recommendations
• Supporting clients through the implementation of proposed changes
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior and executive-level audiences
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the project team

What they’re looking for

• 2–6 years’ experience within management, strategy or transformation consulting
• Fluent French and English; German language skills would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach
• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by client engagements
