- Record and classify test issues in real time, including takeover events, system anomalies, and edge cases
- Analyze test data, identify root causes and patterns, and produce structured test reports with clear conclusions and actionable feedback
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to communicate field findings and track issue resolution
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools (such as Python or JavaScript) to automate data processing, streamline test workflows, and improve reporting efficiency

- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for scripting and data processing
- Proficiency in English, Chinese; German is a plus
- Familiarity with ADAS or autonomous driving concepts is preferred but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience with vehicle testing, road testing, or QA processes
- Knowledge of data visualization tools or reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as Jira or Feishu/Lark
- Understanding of European traffic regulations and road environments
What We Offer
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge autonomous driving technology
- Exposure to full-cycle testing workflows, from test execution to data analysis to stakeholder reporting
- A collaborative, international team environment based in Europe
- Mentorship from experienced engineers and opportunities for professional growth
