⭐️ Your Impact:

As Venture Development Intern (m/f/d), you'll work directly with our Venture Development Managers and our Co-Founder/Co-CEO: running real operations for real Handwerk businesses, helping document how the team works, and supporting the automations that will replace the manual work you do. Ideal for a gap year or the time between Bachelor's and Master's — and if it goes well, it can be the start of something longer.

What You'll Do

• Delivery support: run recurring operational tasks for partners — scheduling, invoicing chase-ups, documentation, data upkeep (Attio, Notion).

• Process support: help document how the team works (SOPs, templates, checklists).

• Automation support: log where manual time goes and help test and roll out small automations (Make/n8n).

✨ What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Strong student or recent graduate (business, economics, engineering, or similar) with evidence of real drive.

• Precise and reliable — you take pride in doing operational work completely and well.

• Native/fluent German and fluent English; a clear, warm communicator.

• Curious about AI, automation, and the Handwerk world.

• Available full-time for 4–6 months in Berlin (hybrid).
