Marabu Airlines is growing its leisure flight operation in Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, and we are looking for motivated future Cabin Crew members to begin their aviation career with us at our new Frankfurt base.

This position is designed for candidates who are new to flying or who do not currently hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Previous cabin crew experience is not required. Full training will be provided by Marabu, and you do not need a valid cabin crew license to apply.

Training is planned to start in January 2027, so please apply only if you are available to begin then. Applications should include your CV and cover letter in English. Please note this is a permanent Frankfurt-based position.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Passport: Valid passport without limitations
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Medical Fitness: Medical fitness and ability to swim unassisted
• Health Certificate: Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations
• Experience: No previous flying experience required. This position is intended for candidates without prior cabin crew experience or without an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Base availability: Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

• Confident Sales Approach: Present and support our inflight shopping offer in a natural and engaging way, using product knowledge and a personal approach
• Trusted Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for passengers from boarding to arrival, answering questions and supporting them during the flight
• Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with different crew members, adapt quickly to changing situations, and contribute to a positive team environment on board
