For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed: Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist / Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
As our Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll bring our employer brand to life while helping to build the internal communication landscape of a fast-growing greenfield organization. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and our global headquarters, you’ll translate our global values into authentic local communication that inspires both current and future employees. Your focus is on employer branding, employee experience and internal communications – not corporate PR.
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative employer branding initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, our career website and employer review platforms
• Create compelling content, including copy, campaign concepts and ideas for visual and video content
• Bring employer branding campaigns from the initial concept through to execution
• Ensure our global employer brand is reflected authentically in our local activities
• Help build and develop our internal communication channels, including digital platforms and employee newsletters
• Discover and share stories from across the organization that strengthen our culture and foster engagement
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication for employees
• Support internal events, town halls and culture initiatives that connect our growing workforce
• Work closely with colleagues across HR and international stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication
• Act as a bridge between global corporate communication principles and local implementation
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to create a seamless employee and candidate experience

Your profile

• Completed degree in marketing, communication sciences, business administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, media studies, or business psychology is required
• Professional experience in Employer Branding or Internal Communications
• Proven experience in building internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, employee communication platforms)
  
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences
• Proven experience with social media, employer branding campaigns or digital content creation
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• A hands-on mindset with the motivation to turn ideas into action and deliver results
• The ability to work effectively with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• Experience in a growing, international or greenfield environment would be nice to have
